Just got back from.....
Cheltenham and Hove and Worthing and Upper Beeding and Shoreham on Sea and Whitechapel (London), hence the silence. Our month in the UK is always a merry go round of visiting. Two days off then we start again in N. Yorkshire, York and Reeth followed by Northumbria and Edinburgh.

Mad week
We left for the UK on Tuesday 10th via a stopover in Hong Kong, and it has been people, people, people ever since. The UK is just wonderful with all the spring flowers and buds on trees. I want to be outside ALL the time. I'm overdosing on daffodils and crocus.
Yesterday I did a "three elderly aunts in 24 hours" jaunt, which was hilarious from start to finish. They have 251 years between them, and as many bad jokes. I come from great genes..............
Thanks for stopping by, I'll try and post more later.

Te Bros - The Best Fish and Chips
I don't say this lightly. I have eaten fish and chips in possibly thirty countries over as many years, but none compare to Te Bros.
You'll have to head south, deep south, to the village of Weston in North Otago, New Zealand. Look for a tiny shop made of corrugated iron at a T junction. Slow down, or you'll miss it.
Te Bros sell Elephant fish and Fish of the Day. They batter on demand. You have to wait for your fishnchips and its worth the wait. They chat to you and give you the news of the day whilst you wait. It's a fun place to go, its real Kiwi food cooked by the Maori Bros. It is like nothing else you will ever eat with the name Fish and Chips.
Book your flight, re direct your cruise, and don't miss Te Bros.
