Whimsical Windows Delirious Doors 67

Every day I see this view as I drive to work. Today it was really foggy (the airport had to close for a time). This cruise ship had just arrived, one of hundreds over the summer months. At lunchtime I took pity on a couple of Senior Citizens who looked exhausted from their tourist wanderings and drove them back to their ship. They were from Queensland which is experiencing heavy floods even as we are experiencing our worst drought in 70 years.

Isn't weather the strangest thing?
This is so picturesque - the morning haze on the mountains, the sun on the water, just gorgeous! I'd love to be in those windows looking out - maybe one day :)

That was very kind of you and a someone who has been an exhausted, wandering tourist, I am sure they appreciated it. I love your peaceful looking view.

These are such huge ships (none can fit anywhere near where I live!. I can well imagine how exhausting it must be to fit all the touristy things into a few hours every day.
